چکیده
ABSTRACT Behavior of sediment gravity flows can be influenced by seafloor topography associated with salt structures; this modify the depositional architecture deep-water sedimentary systems. Typically, salt-influenced successions are poorly imaged in seismic reflection data, and exhumed systems rare, hence detailed sedimentology stratigraphic these remains understood. Stable salt-water cluster structures reflect the delicate competition between ion-water and water-water interactions.
How salts affect water structure is an important topic in many research fields. Salt-water clusters can be used as model systems to extract interaction information that is difficult to obtain directly from bulk solutions. In the present study, integrated tempering sampling molecular dynamics (MD) are combined with quantum mechanics (QM) calculations to overcome the sampling problem in cluster s...
متن کاملThe Gravity Model and Iran's Trade Flows
This article has considered the volume and direction of Iran’s trade using the gravity model. The major issue in this analysis is to explore why Iran over or under-traded with the 76 countries relative to the predicted trade flows of the model. The study attempts to explore the reasons from the respect of both the model itself and Iran’s trade structure. This is done by analysing the performanc...

Alborz Mountains is a region of active deformation within Arabia-Eurasia collision zone. The study fault system in western Alborz comprises abundant evidence of active faulting accompanied by occurrence of historical earthquakes. Active tectonics of Manjil-Rudbar fault zone whose movement caused destructive 1990 Manjil-Rudbar earthquake was concentrated in this article through geomorphic and st...
متن کاملSurface gravity waves in deep fluid at vertical shear flows
Special features of surface gravity waves in deep fluid flow with constant vertical shear of velocity is studied. It is found that the mean flow velocity shear leads to non-trivial modification of surface gravity wave modes dispersive characteristics. Moreover, the shear induces generation of surface gravity waves by internal vortex mode perturbations. The performed analytical and numerical stu...
